Canada Attorneys

Queena is a lawyer licensed in the U.S. and Canada. She graduated from the University of Kansas with a JD degree. After graduation, she began practicing entertainment law at a prestigious Seattle-based law firm and completed her articling with a research counsel at a Canadian university. Before joining Trademarkia, she represented clients in a wide range of disputes, including intellectual property litigation in U.S. federal courts, proceedings before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board (TTAB), and arbitration centers. Beyond litigation, she also has extensive experience drafting and negotiating complex research and intellectual property agreements. She is currently pursuing an LLM degree in Cybersecurity and Privacy Law at York University and a trademark agent trainee in Canada.
