Tickets and opportunities are gifted to charitable agency partners for their clients, 18 years of age and younger and their families. Tickets and opportunities are obtained through relationships with entertainment organizations, corporation representatives and the public.

The trademarked Kids Up Front Foundation will provide the rights to other representatives in other cities to use the Trademark name, provided they follow a pre-designed Agreement.
