The Chinese translation of the word was used in the trade name of a Chinese company registered by my grandfather in 1976. We have been using it in North America since 2008. Our Canadian company was registered in 2013. The name of the company is the name of the trademark for this application. The trademark for that name was filed in Canada with the start of 2015.
