The name Nature Zone Environmental Solutions, was in use under a different company (1152645 Alberta Ltd), since April 15th 2005 but was never registered as a trademark. The technologies and name were purchased by 1202548 Alberta Ltd., May 1st 2010. Following purchase of the company and name, and due to the association of the name and our unique product and technologies from previous sales and continued service of of the described wares, it was crucial to keep the name NATURE ZONE ENVIRONMENTAL SOLUTIONS. Wares include: Ozone water treatment units comprised of standard plumbing parts, a circulation pump and our patented ozone generator; Ozone based waste and wastewater treatment units; Ozone based soil remediaiton processes; High effeciency lighting; Solar energy technology (currently in development). Air purification via our patented ozone generators.

The services provided by Nature Zone of which this registration is requested are: sales, manufacturing, leasing, operations, repairs and technical services of the wares described above.
