The Financial Compensation program is a flexible 3 tiered program capable of including additional methods of financial compensation to preceptors within the program that will remain compliant with regional or employer rules, guidelines, regulations and preferences. This program requires the use of registration via the internet and in paper document form. The program will require the use of training books and assessment forms/booklets as generated through the agency and the applicant of this forms which will be updated on a regular basis. Monetary wares will be exchanged between the preceptor and the paying agency. Intellectual feedback and training advice will be exchanged. The training aspect fo the program will consist of a short review of the characteristics, ethics, practices and performance we expect all accepted preceptors to uphold and a review of their responsibilities.
