Coach Santa is the name of an innovative program spearheaded by JALD SE, in collaboration with various partners. This program introduces a unique approach to nurturing essential life skills among young athletes, blending the festive spirit of Santa with the core principles of sportsmanship, community involvement, and personal development. The initiative targets young athletes, aiming to instill values such as competing, teamwork, respect, leadership, fun, belonging, and communication. By leveraging Santa's appeal, the program engages young participants through entertaining and educational activities, ensuring these values become lifelong assets for them.
