Energy Centered Maintenance is a software platform that shows how various faults in a machinery increase energy consumption of the machinery, thus incentivizing the maintenance action. It shows following: - Power Consumption Increase in various machinery due to a mechanical, electrical or structural fault that requires some or other maintenance action. - Power consumption trends are shown over multiple days, weeks and months. - Total Power Consumption across multiple machineries in a manufacturing unit. - Total power consumption across all plants of a specific enterprise over multiple days, weeks and months - CO2 emission trends of a motor over multiple days, weeks and months. - Total CO2 emission trends of all the machinery in the plant being monitored over days, weeks and months. - Total CO2 emissions across all plants over days, weeks and months - How many homes in US can get electricity for how many days if maintenance is done immediately so that machine efficiency is improved
