Physical fitness training services; physical fitness instruction for elderly and frail participants designed to enhance cardio respiratory endurance, upper and lower body strength and endurance, flexibility, balance and coordination for participants; physical fitness instruction via in-home visits and in group community settings; physical fitness instruction for participants with special needs, aged 55+, multicultural communities, physically and intellectually challenged community members and persons managing with chronic disease; providing training to volunteers to enable them to provide physical fitness instruction services; fall prevention training for seniors; documented intake and discharge assessments of physical function to determine if seniors are at risk for admission to long-term care facilities or hospitalization but have potential to regain functional ability through exercise and fall prevention training.
