House Work is Women's Work A 12 to 18-month online training and mentoring program (online/face-to-face) that gives women the skills they need to become entrepreneurs, managers, or employees of businesses carrying out energy efficient home renovations. Program content is broken out into three sections: 1. Energy Advisor training (with option for certification by Natural Resources Canada under the EnerGuide for Houses Rating System). 2. Deep Energy Retrofit Planning and Execution, Building Code Issues, Project Management. 3. Entrepreneurial Training (business and financial planning, sales/marketing and customer service, contract law specific to the renovation industry, and human resources management). The Trademark will be used on: - Promotional materials and web sites for Blue House Energy and Blue House Energy's business partners - Course titles on the Blue House Energy learning management system used to deliver the online courses - Printed and digital materials used to conduct and support the online and face-to-face mentoring
