IM:)WELL PD Consultancy provides educational professional development and educational consultancy services for clients that will also use and make available the use of the IM:)WELL APP specifically for clients of IM:)WELL PD Consultancy for purposes of consulting, counselling and teaching to support students and clients struggling with behavioral challenges as well as to keep client confidentiality. The IM:)WELL International conferences are a project that is hosted by the IM:)WELL Consultancy to provide a forum for women leaders both nationally and internationally to learn diverse ways that leaders are supporting students and teachers and supporting the healthy well-being of students and staff. All PD and consulting services are services that are teaching clients how to learn the skills required to manage challenging behaviours and to teach clients how to learn skills that are required to cope with triggers and other environmental related challenges that are posed as barriers to learning and maintaining a healthy well-being. Specifically, the PD and consulting services are educational services that use teaching and learning about social-emotional development and skills to enhance mental health and wellbeing. 1. Clients will be provided PD and consulting sessions where they will have the opportunity to share their challenges/struggles. 2. The role of the consultant is to provide the client with information about social-emotional development and the skills required for the client or the clients students, children, patient, or staff to address their challenges and enhance their social-emotional and relationship skills to help decrease the frequency of behavioral challenges in their classroom, home, or organization. 1. IM:)WELL PD educational training services includes practical educational PD opportunities and educational consulting services for clients to achieve the following goals: 1. Learn the skills to manage students that present aggressive behaviours. 2. Teach skills to students to manage the challenges of inclusive classrooms. 3. Educate clients about social-emotional development and skills. 4. Educate clients about behaviours and relationships. 5. Research opportunities are available on request to inform practice and policy makers, subject to funding approvals. Focus: Learn social-emotional and social relationships skills to achieve optimal mental health for clients. For a list of services, please see attached document (project 1 and 2).
