Medicated feed additive premix for use in cattle for improved feed efficiency in beef cattle (steers and heifers) fed in confinement for slaughter, as an aid in the prevention of coccidiosis caused by Eimeria bovis and Eimeria zuernii in cattle, for increased rate of weight gain in growing cattle on pasture (slaughter, stocker and feeder cattle, and beef and dairy replacement heifers) of greater than 180 kg (400 lb) body weight, for reduction of milk fat percentage in dairy cows, for minimizing loss of body condition during lactation in dairy cows, for improving feed efficiency of milk protein production in dairy cows. Medicated feed additive premix for use in broiler chicken and growing turkey feeds as an aid in the prevention of coccidiosis caused by E. necatrix, E. tenella, E. acervulina, E. brunetti, E. mitis, and E. maxima in broiler chickens and as an aid in the prevention of coccidiosis in growing turkeys caused by E. adenoeides, E. meleagrimitis, and E. gallopavonis.
