Morning Breeze HealthCare is staffing company that will employ the professional and licensed services of Registered Nurses (RN's) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN's) to support clients in various healthcare settings but not limited to acute care/medical surgical units in hospitals, Personal Care Homes (PCH's)/nursing homes and in private settings or residence. As well, the company will employ the non-licensed healthcare workers-- Health Care Aides (HCA's) and support workers to provide client support in various healthcare settings as noted above. Therefore, I would like to trademark my company's name-- Morning Breeze HealthCare (with capital letter for "C" for HealthCare), as well the accompanying logo attached with this application. Attached also, is the "Agreement of Logo Design Transfer of Rights" from the logo designer.
