All services which consist of, are inherent in or are incidental to the operation of a financial institution comprising - (a) the operation of a trust company; (b) receiving moneys on deposit, operating chequing accounts, paying interest on deposits, issuing drafts, money orders and guaranteed investment certificates; (c) loaning money; (d) acting as fiduciaries and agents for others; (e) acting as custodians of property, money and bullion; (f) maintaining safety deposit boxes and vaults for lease; (g) receiving money, valuables and securities for safekeeping; (h) investment counselling; (i) investment and management of money and wealth; (j) acting as agents in collecting and disbursing money; (k) maintaining and managing pension, retirement and employee benefit funds and advising thereon; (l) tax counselling; (m) services to corporations, namely accepting deposits, lending money, investment advising and managing, acting astrustee scrutineers, disbursing agents and escrow agents; All services which consist of, are inherent in or are incidental to the selling, buying, mortgaging, managing and appraisal of real estate for others.
