All services which consist of, are inherent in or are incidental to the operation of a financial institution comprising - (a) the operation of a trust company; (b) receiving moneys on deposit, operating chequing accounts, paying interest on deposits, issuing drafts, money orders and guaranteed investment certificates; (c) loaning money; (d) acting as fiduciaries and agents for others; (e) acting as custodians of property, money and bullion; (f) maintaining safety deposit boxes and vaults for lease; (g) receiving money, valuables and securities for safekeeping; (h) investment counselling; (i) investment and management of money and wealth; (j) acting as agents in collecting and disbursing money; (k) maintaining and managing pension, retirement and employee benefit funds and advising thereon; (l) tax counselling; (m) services to corporations, namely accepting deposits, lending money, investment advising and managing, acting as trustee and registrar and transfer agents of securities, acting as receivers, managers, scrutineers, disbursing agents and escrow agents; All services which consist of, are inherent in or are incidental to the selling, buying, mortgaging, managing and appraisal of real estate for others.
