Fluence is the early 20th century shortening of the word Influence, defined as the power to have an important effect on someone or something. We have created Secfluence to demonstrate our ability to influence our clients way of thinking in relation to security projects and management. Secfluence was developed by Pegasus Security and is our internal program and footprint to converge our Security Work plan & deliverables into a 4 step process. Step 1. We define our deliverables with our client to include; - Scope of assignment - Risk assessment Step 2. We develop a Time frame for our deliverables - Our top - down approach to project management ensures we convene and deliberate to draft a security or crowd safety-driven plan Step 3. We use our clients activities and our logic to develop a schedule Once we all agree on an executable plan, we backfill the details to draft schedules and post orders Step .4 We execute our schedule
