Sensitivity Training Canada is a professional development training company that provides professional development workshops and seminars which are designed for workplace audiences. The workshops and seminars are marketed to businesses with the goal of helping them to build and maintain respectful workplaces where all employees, managers, contractors, and volunteers can feel not only physically safe, but also psychologically safe. Sensitivity Training Canada customizes its workshops and seminars to align with the Occupational Health and Safety requirements in each province so that the content of all of its programs are relevant to its clients. Workshops and seminars are offered through the traditional in-person delivery training channel as well as through a technology-enabled training channel which has been branded, Live Web Workshop (LWW). The LWW training channel features a live facilitator throughout each session, a web-based presentation (www.gotomeeting.com), and an open teleconference line through which participants and attendees can communicate directly as they work through the workshop's or seminar's exercises. As Sensitivity Training Canada is a professional development training company with its primary goals being that of workplace safety (i.e., psychological safety) enhancement and professional development of participants who complete its courses, it is not a registered Career College.
