Publication of books, pamphlets, flyers, folders for the purpose of storing assessment reports and materials regarding a child's educational progress and to store a child's writing samples and activities to enhance a child's writing skills, note books, workbooks, educational and instructional books (the primary purpose of which is to provide educational or instructional activities but not including colouring books, connect the dot game books, crossword puzzle books, word game puzzle books or other children's books primarily for games or other activities and entertainment), manuals, and pre-recorded tapes and compact discs containing music and literature provided that the primary purpose of such pre-recorded tapes and compact discs is for recorded literature or for educational or instructional purposes (but not primarily for entertainment) and that any music contained on such tapes or compact discs is either literature or poetry delivered through song or is supplemental to and is used as background to such literature or educational or instructional purposes only.
