Services that Women's Reproductive Mental Health Centre provides is mental health counselling and psychotherapy in the following areas: - Mental health struggles across the women's lifespan like hormone-related anxiety, premenstrual dysphoric disorder, perimenopause related depression, hormone-related mood changes and insomnia, reproductive-related health anxiety, infertility and more - Prenatal, Perinatal and Postpartum Depression and Anxiety (Depression and Anxiety during pregnancy and after childbirth) - Bereavement counselling services for mothers who experience loss of a baby through miscarriage, stillbirth, medical termination of pregnancy, neonatal death, or later death - Counselling / Therapy for pregnancy, birth and parenting after loss, traumatic births, and postpartum experiences - Mental Health Counselling / Therapy for women related to reproductive related changes that impact women's mental health throughout the lifetime - Mindfulness and self-compassion for motherhood and caregiving - Couples counselling for lesbian and transgender moms.
